If you’re using Microsoft Teams, stick around, I’m going to share some handy Teams shortcuts that’ll save you time in the Teams desktop app. Keyboard shortcuts aren’t just for Word, Excel, Outlook or PowerPoint; Teams has plenty of great ones that can really boost your productivity.
The trick to getting good at any new shortcut is sticking with it. You’ve got to commit to giving your mouse a break and keeping your hands on the keyboard as much as possible. That way, you cut down on all that back-and-forth movement between keyboard and mouse, which helps your workflow flow a lot better.
Below, you’ll find some of my favourite Teams keyboard shortcuts. Don’t worry about trying to remember them all, I’ve got a PDF with shortcut lists for Teams, plus Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, and Word that you can grab at the end of this post.
